The truth within can never be disguised
A glowing light amidst inner darkness
A flame that extinguishes not
Its rewards waiting to be harnessed
They say love stems from the heart
Emanating from within it embodies another
Laden with self-indulgence from the start
The truth manifest in something else farther
Wick and oil together make a fire
Within the lamp, two entities become one
Evincing as light with a burgeoning desire
Spreading into all realms without a want
Is this not what love is supposed to be
Embalmed with tender affection
That transcends beyond the physicality
Into a realm that unifies perfection
